How it works

  • Students study the first year of their program at our specially designed UTSC precinct located within Premier University Chittagong.
  • Students who have an IELTS of 6.0 can complete first year in two semesters. Students with an IELTS of 5.5 can enrol in our 3 semester program.
  • During first year of study students will receive extensive academic support to help them adjust from high school to university-level studies.
  • After completion of first year in Chattogram, students will then transfer to Sydney, Australia to finish the remainder of their UTS degree.

What is a diploma?

A diploma is a level five qualification that allows individuals to work in a variety of fields and can provide them with a basic level of knowledge in a specific area of study. Diplomas are a type of credential offered by many universities and institutions in Australia that can help individuals pursue different careers and higher levels of education. 

UTS College diplomas are equivalent to first year of UTS studies, so you’ll be studying the same subjects as first year bachelor’s degree students.

What is the cost of your courses?

The Tuition Fees are as below for each program, with the minimum 40% scholarship already applied.

  • 2 Semester Program (Business and ICT) 
    • 3,84.000 BDT after 40% scholarship provided
    • Payable in 2 installments of 1,92,000 BDT
  • 3 Semester Program 
    • 5.04,000 BDT after 40% scholarship applied
    • Payable in 3 installments of 1,68,000 BDT
When is the intake date?

Start date for our next intake is 2 October.

What is the deadline for applications?

The last day to apply for our October intake is 22 October.

What type of support do you offer?

Students can call on our counsellors any time of day for support. Our local teachers are also on hand to ensure students have all the help they need.

Plus, we have small classes, so you’ll get personalised learning not offered at most institutions.
